14th February 2025 – deadline for submission of the application to the National Commissioner
31st March 2025 – notification of acceptance or non-acceptance by the Organising Committee
30th April 2025 – payment of the exhibition fee
30th April 2025 – submission of a copy of the title page and synopsis to the National Commissioner
15th May 2025 – sending the literature to the organising committee
19th to 22nd June 2025 – exhibition LIBEREC 2025
